Function introduction:
This circuit will become an energy storage spot welding machine with 12V battery. It is used for welding nickel plates such as lithium batteries and nickel-chromium batteries. According to different configurations, the welding thickness can be about 0.1MM-0.15mm. We have customers By replacing the thicker wire (10 square) can barely weld 0.2MM thickness. After all, this device is geared towards electronics enthusiasts, and the frequency of use will not be very high, so 0.1-0.15 welding 2 can also be used to replace thicker nickel sheets.
Button function:
The button can switch modes, each mode corresponds to different welding time, LED corresponds to red / green / blue / white / yellow / pink / purple, 7 modes, the red time is the shortest, and the purple welding time is the largest. Long press to set the waiting time, the default is 3 seconds, the maximum can be set to 10 seconds.
Basic parameter:
Power supply voltage: 12V-16.8V (capacity X ratio = must be greater than 150A)
Current requirement: greater than or equal to 150A instantaneous output (such as car starting power supply, 3S model high-rate battery pack, 12V lead acid battery with good performance above 20A)
