The Graupner X-8E sets new standards - not just a revision, but rather a new generation of Graupner Colt remote controls.
The 4-channel transmitter has 35 model memories, 5 mixers (2 linear, 3 curves) as well as 5 storable setup profiles. Of course, the X-8E uses the proven Graupner 2.4 GHz bi-directional HoTT technology. The Colt relies on HoTT V2 and is ideal to operate with Genius telemetry controllers and telemetry servos. Thus, depending on the telemetry servo, you will receive information about overload, current and voltage fluctuations. The Genius cruise control with telemetry gives you information about the speed, regulator and engine temperature, voltage and speed.
With the 3.5-inch color touch screen you keep track of all telemetry data and settings. The TFT LCD display offers a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. The touch display responds sensitively and allows intuitive operation of the completely revised menu. Customize the main menu to suit your needs and add, for example, menu items that are important to you.
For example, you can set the servo, sub trim, dual rate, brake rating adjustment (B.R.A.), steering speed and ABS directly via the transmitter.
The Colt transmitter has a voice output, which works both on the built-in speaker, as well as on headphones. Furthermore, a strong vibration alarm is installed, which warns them noticeably.
The integrated patch antenna has an optimized beam angle. As a result, the range and reliability is significantly increased.
The X-8E is more than just an RC Car Transmitter: It has special modes for crawler, chain and boat.

The Graupner X-8E can be perfectly adjusted to your own requirements and preferences. Thus, the transmitter can be set up for both right-handed and left-handed. The steering wheel can be set in 3D. The inclination of the steering wheel can be adjusted in 30 ° increments.
The X-8E has two direct keys that take you directly to freely adjustable menus. You can also assign keys to up to 19 other functions.
With the separately available decorative sheets and the 8-color adjustable LEDs, you can turn the Graupner X-8E into your remote control; just as you want it.

The Graupner receiver GR-8 Race is perfectly matched to the new Colt transmitter X-8E. Despite its minimal dimensions and low weight of just 6 grams, the receiver has a range of up to 1000 meters and works even at a voltage of 2.5 volts still excellent. As the battery gets weaker, it continues to operate reliably and is resistant to voltage drops.
The servo ports of the GR-8 Race are horizontally mounted, which greatly simplifies installation and connection.

The Colt transmitter comes with an extra-powerful 5000 mAh LiPo battery that can be easily charged via the included micro-USB charger. The package also includes the excellent GR-8 Race receiver (No. 33504), a 4 GB micro SD card and all cables.
With the included USB cable you keep your X-8E always up to date. On the Graupner website you will find all updates for free download in the menu item Service / Help / Updates.
If you want to keep track of all telemetry data on your AndroidTM smartphone, then we recommend the free Graupner app HoTT Viewer. The app can be found in the Google Play Store. For this you need the external Bluetooth module (No. 8351). Transmit all telemetry data wirelessly to your mobile phone.
