Actually this is my second h501s as the very first one I got, went crazy & flew away & crashed while in gps full of satsellites. That's another story but they sent me the drone I have now & I've owned it for about 3 months.I couldv'e got an refund with gearbest but I loved this drone.I know this quad frontwards & backwards now.
So After the upgrade tonight,I took it out for 2 flights about 1 hour apart.I spent all night working on this as I really want to finally fly this baby like it was made too. I have 3 batteries which only 2 now have ok decent charges.I'm testing more than having fun & flying it seems. The limit restriction is still there.Nothing with distance has changed.I'm getting about 100 m in distance & about 130ish m or max 150 in altitude.
Ok so I was shipped with h906A v1.1.2 & v1.2.12 & v1.1.21 for fc. A few weeks ago I got the nerve to upgrade to v1.1.22 superfly. That was the answer I heard. Everybody's bragging about their superfly. Don't get me wrong, I fell in love with this bird before I got it & have watched countless hrs of this bird climbing the highest mountains & sitting on top of the highest clouds all while traveling the distance away from the pilot as far as I walk everyday 1-2 mile for my health. Ok... almost everyday, woops! But so far I'm very disappointed. What I have is a good toy.& not so much advanced compared to other drones coming out. I've went to several locations to film where I needed it to fly up to it & it failed. Like the forks of cypress video I have on my channel.The quad got halfway there & just sit about 67 m away while missing my shot at some really awesome video footage of an historical place that now I probably won't have the chance to try again since I was warned off the property.
Conclusion tonight. I need to get away from home & try again at another location away from everything & if I get the same result then I don't know.I will have lost hope.
