This test video compared the jello and vibration on the Mobius video going from 10X4.5 Plastic props to 11X4.5 Carbon Fiber Props. The same H-Quad was used in both tests. Both sets of props were carefully balanced (blades and hubs).
The H-quad has a wooden frame following the FliteTest design but with heavier arms (approx. 550 class) It uses RCT 2217 930Kv motors and an APM 2.5.2 Flight Controller.
I can't explain the difference - can you?
