I love ice cream, especially when it's hot outside and I don't feel like going to the grocery store and buying some. This is the perfect recipe for it, I hope you enjoy! :D

Ingredients:
-2 1/2 cups (600ml) of whipping cream (I used 35%)
-1 can sweetened condensed milk
Mint Chocolate Chip:
-A splash of peppermint extract
-1/2 tsp green food colouring
-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Cookies & Cream:
-5 crushed Oreos
Rocky Road:
-A dozen mini marshmallows
-2 tbsp sweetened cocoa powder
-3 tbsp walnuts, crushed
Freeze for 5 hours & take it our of the freezer 5 minutes prior to serving
