Audio Designs & Custom Graphics in Jacksonville, FL installed a back up camera along with an input for mirror imaging of an Apple iPhone in a 2006 Lexus SC430. One of the best features was the fact that you can update your navigation by simply plugging in your phone (we can also do this with Android based phones) and everything mirror images to your factory navigation screen. Text messages will show up on your factory navigation screen as well. Basically anything that is on your phone, will show on the factory navigation screen. Plus there is a switch, that will allow you to go back to the factory nav (which you'll probably never do again).
No need to hit any switches, the back up camera automatically switches when you put the Lexus into reverse. We added a premium CMOS camera that works better than CCD cameras in automobile applications.
