The 2014 Symposium on Big Data Analytics in Healthcare was hosted by INSITE Center for Business Intelligence and the top-five ranked MIS department at the University of Arizona. It was held on October 17, 2014 at the University of Arizona Medical Center (UAMC) Hospital. The symposium was sponsored by Banner Health.
The symposium featured exciting speakers who covered topics ranging from the use of social media and mobile apps to monitor and improve healthcare to the use of Open Data sources and visualizations for healthcare advances.
