We live in an age where cars are becoming more like automotive Swiss Army knives than ever before. The new Mercedes AMG GLC63 coupe for example a practical SUV, a serious performance car and a luxury cruiser all wrapped up in a stylish and sporty European body. And while this breadth of talent might be convenient, I do crave something more focussed. Rather than an automotive Swiss Army knife, let’s check out a scalpel.
