RC Sport Flyer is reviewing the new DA-120 engine, which will include computerized thrust testing with various props, and then it will be used to replace a DA-100L engine in an AeroWorks Yak 54 as part of a "Hop-Up" review project. This particular run is just to demonstrate starting, idle, transition and full-throttle performance with a Mejzlik 28X10 carbon propeller. Top RPM is 6,780, producing 55 lbs of thrust.
