Constructed a cedar sandbox (kit) that was purchased for my two year old for her birthday. Took 2 of the panels (so far) and threw them under my CNC 3w Diode Laser. Nabbed imagery off good ole google and let the CNC do the rest. Goofed up (as you can see) on one of them. Had it burning upside down, sanded it out, turned it around and started again. Need to find a nice light yellow/honey stain to fix the sand spot. For now though, happy with outcome! Baby girl loves it too!
Planning to pull the benches off and apply some siloughette goodness too. Might actually CNC route those and paint though. Haven't decided yet. Love being able to CNC in multiple mediums.
