This is one of the questions I get asked a lot, so I thought I'd make a video about it. Three simple ways to use wheatgrass, 1. Chew and spit, 2. Blender, 3. Wheatgrass juicer.
If you're new to wheatgrass, I suggest you use them in this order as it will allow your body to get used to the juice before you start consuming large quantities of it. Also it means use don't need to buy any special equipment until you're sure you'll use it.
