We have to use 3 things to make this special tea. This Tea can be used by people with the thyroid issue, kidney issue, and diabetic issue as well. People between 12 to 70 years of age can use this tea.
At first, we have to take some cumin which will help to remove bad cholesterol and improve your digestion. It will reduce acidity and issues related to intestine as well. The Histidine Amino Acid in it will help to improve the brain function as well.
Then take some black seeds, which will help you to burn away fat from your body. Then take some ginger which will reduce acidity and will also cure allergy and removes fat. Then take 1 liter of water and add 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of black seeds and pieces of ginger in it. Heat this mixture for 15 minutes using low flames. After 5 minutes filter the water out and drink it twice a day. Drink it early in the morning and also just before you go to sleep at night.
