The 4th Norwegian Air Shuttle EI-LND aka Norwegian Long Haul Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner Completes its first flight since being moved out of the factory floor. A couple hours after take off the aircraft returned to KPAE in a downpour of rain and wind where it executed a missed a approach followed by a complete landing.
