I do not lift weights,i dont use supplements.I use my own bodyweight to workout and i eat home made food!
I am 184cm, and currently 80kg
I've been in dificult situations since 2016 where I was demotivated to train, and that took a hit on my mind and body.
In beggining of 2017 i started to notice that i am becoming old version of myself where i had 107kg in 2014.
I had to remove negative people from my life that had influance on me , during my training and where i stand today.
Im proud to say that I made it, after months of hard work and failure and no excuses!
I hope this will inspire you to start now, not tomorow not next week not today, but NOW!
