In the seventh and final episode of our gameplay video series “Square Enix Plays: Dragon Quest Heroes” we showcase all of the characters from Dragon Quest VIII & the bonus character Psaro that feature in Dragon Quest Heroes!
The three characters we showcase in this video are: Jessica, Yangus and Psaro!
Jessica - The Reluctant Heiress (from Dragon Quest VIII)
She may be of noble birth, but this fiery young lady certainly isn’t one for airs and graces! She may be a rebellious sort, but her powerful spells are nothing to scoff at. Just don’t tell her what to do, make sure that your name isn’t Yangus, and you’ll be fine!
Yangus - The Reformed Bandit (from Dragon Quest VIII)
Cor blimey! It’s Yangus, one of the most feared bandits this side of the pickham! But keep your knickers on, Guv – he put aside his life of crime after meeting a hero who chose to save his life rather than leave him dangling on a bridge. These days, he’s strictly on the straight and narrow, honest!
Psaro- The Manslayer (from Dragon Quest IV)
Psaro is the central villain in Dragon Quest IV and recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series. He is a powerful demon with a passionate hatred for humanity. In the original Japanese release of Dragon Quest Heroes, Psaro was an additional DLC character and in the western release of the game, he is available on the disc for free and can be recruited after the Demon Fencer Battle and sub-story with Jessica and Yangus.
Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below is out in Europe on October 16th, 2015 and North America on October 13th, 2015.
