Finally after end of year Exams I was able to have a great week of flying!
We went to Melbourne Multirotor Racing Club on the weekend, in the midst of some awesome racing and time trial runs, we had a bit of an incident. We were lucky enough to have a quad hit out car.
So I did some tedious investigations and completed some calculations:
- There was a total of 7,396 square meters in which the quad could have landed on, judging on the distance between the gate and our car.
- Our car covers an area of approximately 9.4 square meters.
- The chance of the quad hitting our car was 0.12%.
I came to the conclusion that Murphy's Law doesn't give no crap about chance!
