The first part of the video shows the first flight test with the MrRCSound - V4 unit installed.
Sounds great running the "Daimler Benz" engine sound!
I had an 808 Keychain #16 V2 D-lens (120deg) on the right wing tip and an 808 #16 A lens on the rear stabilizer.
All this made for an unstable flight in the beginning so I needed to do a few circuit's to trim the plane out stable.
Also, I think the positioning of the speaker may have made her slightly tail heavy and threw the CG out.
The second part of the video shows some onboard footage from the rear.
It is from my final flight of the day and ultimately the demise of my poor Monocoupe.
I got tired of doing loops and rolls and decided to try my hand at inverted flying.
Bad mistake!
I definitely needed more practice on the simulator before I attempted this!
When I finally realized I was heading towards some tree's I panicked and tried to pull around but ended up getting my orientation confused.
End result? Monocoupe eats' pavement.
It's definitely a stunt I want to master.
Unfortunately my wing cam coped it too so I couldn't salvage any footage.
Apart from that, I think the sound from this unit is really awesome!
It really gives the plane so much character in the air.
It comes with 6 different engine sounds you can change at the press of a button.
I highly recommend it!
