A New Beginning [Short Animation]

We had to make a one minute long animation for a class, and I decided to use my older artwork's concept for it. We didn't have to make it nearly this detailed or anything, but I wanted to see what I could do if I did my best.
This was my first real animation, and I was honestly close to losing my sanity making it. :'D I mean, the rabbit was fine, it was actually surprisingly fast to do and had no issues, but oh god that deer. However, it was an experience and I would be interested to make more animations... I just wish it didn't take so much time. We had two months to make it, I got it done in a month and a half, working on it a few hours every day.

ps. Because of the constant questions if the original piece was inspired by Fantasia 2000, no, I've never seen that. What I was probably inspired by was Okami. The idea didn't come from anywhere in particular, but Okami (and many other things) had the same concept, so yeah.
