On August 28th a Massive "Not" Natural Water Vapor Burst was caught. Appears to Originate from Wadsworth Texas where STP Nuclear Operating Company is located. Are they the source? Where else did the generated Water Vapor Plume come from? Some investigation needs to be done. Based on my observation it seems Hurricane Harvey is a "SIlent Weapon" being used in a "Silent War" against Americans for "Globalist Objectives", likely a "Climate Treaty".
