This North Carolina house was built in 1912 and has been empty for most of the last 15 years. When I photographed this place 3 years ago it appeared to be completely abandoned but someone bought it with plans of a restoration but very little work was done and now it's for sale again. I took this video a couple of weeks ago and was unable to get inside because the house is now locked. I've included a few photos that I took back in 2013. I also did a full explore of another 1850 house this morning but that will have to wait until I have time to edit the video.
