Messi 16.1 Review:
Comfort & fit: As soon as you step in the boot you feel comfortable, after 1/2 hours the boot feels perfect on your feet! The soleplate gives you an even faster feeling because of the sprintframe. Altough the boot felt very comfortable we both had some blisters on our heels. The fitting is thight and is not made for wide feet, the boots will fit for normal and small feet, the forefoot from the messi 16.1 is wider then the messi 15.1 this is a big difference, because daan has small feet he didn't think the fit was perfect, youri had no problems with it!
Feel for the ball & touch: the feel for the ball and the touch with the Messi 16.1 boots are really good, the touch and feel for the ball are so good because of the agilityknit and the very soft upper, the material is softer and very flexible, so we didn't had any problems in this category!
Durability: in the first 12 hours we didn't had any problems in terms of the durabilit, the boot still looked new. If you play on AG we recommend buying this boot with AG studs, same counts if you play on FG. We think this boot will last for at least one season (if you buy the good version) (AG/FG)
After all we think this is a very good boot, as we said before daan didn't like them, especially while taking freekicks because of the wider forefoot. Youri had no problems while using them and thinks the comfort & fit is perfect after you have them 1/2 hours on your feet.
after all youri would give these boots 5 out of 5 stars and daan woud give them 4 out of 5 stars.
