AFFF members were using many of the vehicle extrication tools for the first time. The tool shown in the video is the old Smith and Wesson Rescue Knife. The newer ones are much nicer. Since this is the first time many used their tools, not everything works the first time. This is also the first video I've ever uploaded. If the video uploads without audio or video I apologize.
