Great for mounting in your car as a reverse monitor. But I wanted this as a camera monitor on my camera rig. This it was not suited for. The quality just isn't good enough. Mind you it isn't a HD monitor and so has no HDMI inputs. It only has AV cable inputs so the quality isn't good enough for focusing your image.
But, as a car reverse screen it will do the job well. It has colour picture and so it is easy to discern what object you're about to reverse into.lol
There is a mounting stand for easily mounting to your dashboard. The are two options here - either by screwing it down through the four holes on the stand base (screws not provided). Or sticking it down with the provided double sided sticky pad.
There are two power cables which I guess you would wire into your radio power cables. There are also two AV In cables so you could input a reverse camera and perhaps a DVD unit.
This unit is also suitable as a headrest monitor for the kids as it comes with a frame to mount to the back of your headrest. The monitor will clip easily in and out of the frame.
All in all for the price it is a good piece of kit. Just not fit for camera rigs :)
