My son has what I like to call the Trifecta of food allergies: nuts, eggs and dairy. It's hard enough avoiding foods containing any of these allergens, harder still making sure we always have with us all of his allergy medicine and gear: epi-pens, Benadryl, asthma inhalers, safe snacks and treats. Life as an allergy mom is challenging, but there's nothing I wouldn't do for my son. So I carry and use a lot of stuff: epi-pen cases, allergy alert bracelets, single doses of his medicines, etc., etc.
This video is for all you allergy mamas and dadas out there, and hopefully it will give you ideas for allergy gear you need to carry for your son or daughter.
