Potato Cauliflower Green peas veg.Aloo gobi matar is a seasonal vegetable . It is very tasty & simple. Can be eaten with chapati or rice . It is a dry vegetable.You can carry it in your tiffins and while journey also.
Ingredients-
Potatoes ......................... .2 large cut.
Cauliflower ...................... 1/2 small cut.
Green peas ..................... .1 cup.
Onion ............................. .1 small cut.
Tomato ............................ 1 medium cut.
Carrot ............................. .1 small cut.
Fenugreek leaves ............ few.
Cumin ................................1/2 tea sp.
Green chilli ....................... 3 cut.
Red chilli powder ............. 1 tea sp.
Turmeric powder .............. 1/2 tea sp.
Salt..................................... to taste.
Maggi magic masala ........ 1/2 sache
Method
1) Take a wok,put 2 large Tbsp of oil,Add cumin onion ,green chilli and fry add,fenugreek leaves
.
2) Cut potatoes cauliflower and carrot into pieces and fry them in little bit of oil.Keep aside.
3) Add turmeric powder to onion,add peas and chilli powder fry. Add cut tomatoes.Add salt and mix well. Add little bit of water and cover the lid till peas become soft.
4) Add vegetables and mix all well. Add magic masala and cover for 3-4 min or till you find potatoes and cauliflower are soft.
5) Garnish with coriander leaves.
