MINI REVIEW:
It's a fun game...When it wants to be, but I guess it's sorta expected in something that's purely alpha. When you have good connection towards everyone you're in the room with, its a really enjoyable experience. As far as alpha-related bugs go, the netcode isn't the greatest thing in the world. Sometimes there's random freezes in the middle of a match, sometimes you join a match and the connection between everyone is so bad that you'll see your frame rate with something like FRAPS stay at 60, but it will LITERALLY seem like the game is running at about 5 FPS. It's a pain, because it never gets better, and its happened in quite a few matches I've played in, I'm not exaggerating when I say I could literally count the frames I saw in a second and it was about 5, and having to go through an entire match like that is absolutely ridiculous. The extremely fast paced gameplay is somewhat like what you see in the trailers, due to the netcoding, it won't ever be as smooth as what they show you, but I'm sure that's something to be fixed in the future. Also, if you have the game, click on the second tab in the "Today" screen for a confetti of text all over your screen.
