This is my 6040Z-S80 milling a 5mm aluminum bracket for an automation project.
The specs were:
Diameter: 6mm
Feeds: 800 mm/s
DOC: 0.8mm (Depth of engagement)
Speed: 20k rev/min
I use alcohol for colling on my home made fogbuster. Works quit nicely and you don't have to clean your peieces when done.
