It's a struggle to find uncopyrighted music to use that doesn't sound like a cheesy jingle. Music is definitely a make or breaks for the quality of your video. A lot of you have been asking where I get my music from, so I decided to film this video for you. They are giving away FREE 30 days of music here ► https://goo.gl/OoPgFA

How to Use Copyrighted Music In Your YouTube Videos
So you have an AWESOME video filmed and you want to use music that matches quality - go into YouTube stock library and it’s… far from awesome. Wish you can use top 40 songs or other great music - show you how to do so while still monetizing your videos.
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my music — it’s gotten GREAT over last couple months. I’ll explain why in a bit. YouTube copyright is a huge issue right now — truth is a lot is out of your control, what is in your control is what you chose to use. Always want to do things the BEST way most long term/white hat way possible. Here are six methods to use copyrighted music in your videos order of best to worst)
1. BEST: Make Your Own
PROS: Best because NO ONE else has this/ arrange to your track 100%custom. Cross your passions into one.
CONS: Time-consuming!
2. GOOD: YouTube Library
PROS: Royalty free music in YouTube Library. Lots of jingles.
CONS: Sounds cheap. Sounds like everyone else. Poorly sorted, time-consuming to find songs. Sounds like royalty free music…
3. GOOD: Epidemic Sounds (my favorite)
Affiliate Link: https://goo.gl/OoPgFA
PROS: Amazing royalty free sounds. Doesn't sound cheap. Isolate stems of songs. Sorted by playlist/library. GREAT customer support. GREAT deals with YT subscription (not sketchy like other “royalty free” banks that make you subscriber FOREVER or else they claim your content)
CONS: Cost, carry over to other platforms (export without audio each video).
4. OKAY: SoundCloud
Contact independent artists and get permission.
PROS: GREAT music. Great networking.
CONS: Time consuming. Hustle. Could copyright later.
5. SKETCHY “GRAY HAT” METHODS:
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: I NO LONGER DO/RECOMMEND ANY OF THESE!
Pitch Correction: Raise pitch 1-2 semitones avoid detection.
REMIX: Use a remix or bootleg of track
20 SEC: Rumor that you can use up to 20 seconds of a track won’t pick it up.
6. AWFUL / DO NOT DO “BLACK HAT” METHODS:
Mp3 song Taylor Swift/ uber popular top 40 artist
Other Tips
Always credit to artists
Find your music in BULK sessions
Create library on your iTunes
Find some signature sounds/songs.
People love consistency.
