First look using Huawei Watch:
First thing to notice is swipe right for back action is gone, now you press the button on the side once for back, press and hold for Google voice assistant.
Swipe left for editing your watch face, like background photo, color scheme, or add/remove the four shortcuts (complications), you can add actions or apps
Swipe down to access a revamped toggles, you will see a live preview while adjusting the brightness.

While in watch face home, pressing the side button will open the launcher which is now circular, the whole system now have a nice transition animation.
New input method added which is Google keyboard and Handwriting recognition, both are very accurate
In settings/apps you can uninstall installed apps or disable system apps
