Got an HD capture device and I'm glad to have gotten this as my first HD video.
In metroid blast there's 20 normal lvls and then 10 extra ones after. Each lvl also has master challenges where you're supposed to beat the lvl with certain restrictions. The master challenge in this final lvl is to beat it without getting any items. That means that you can't run into the blue question marks OR hearts.
My advice for anyone else trying to master this challenge is to take out ridley's mouth and hands first. If you destroy all his hit markers he will just regenerate them with full health.
For those of you just trying to beat this lvl or progress in the game, always try to have an item on you because it acts as an extra piece of health.
I know the camera view isn't always the greatest, but that's because it's only showing the tv screen. The aiming is all done on the game pad and would be much better to watch if there was a way of recording it.
