To get the Point Counter-Point trophy/achievement, counter all Deathstroke's attacks. The best tip I can give is to be smart when to use the counter button. Usually there will be a small window where the game goes into a subtle slow-mo effect - this is when you want to counter his attacks. Doing it too early or too late will lead to you taking damage and needing to restart the boss fight.
