Ingredients:
Asparagus
Mushrooms
1 clove minced garlic
olive oil
red pepper flakes
I used red wine
Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
salt and pepper to taste
I heated my oil with the garlic and pepper flakes for just a minute over medium heat. Then I added my asparagus and tossed. It depends on the thickness of your asparagus as to how long you cook it. Then I added my wine, balsamic vinegar and mushrooms. Tossed well and cooked till the wine was evaporated.
