S+ run using Coral
So... unsurprisingly, Coral is a pretty strong character against Medulla (Coral tends to do well against the Bosses). =) I was a little worried about how Coral would handle the final Phase of the Medulla battle, though (it's very different from the rest of the boss fight)... but once I started prioiritizing the large cubes (they're slow-moving, and Coral doesn't have a lot of range, so whenever possible, I tried working my way towards them while dealing with the smaller enemies), the final Phase starting going a lot smoother. =)
Anyway, here's my first ever Coral vs. Medulla S+... enjoy!
