Really fast and makes hairpin turns!
This is a great lightweight mid size training aircraft to get you started in the hobby. The propellers have 3 blades and you can feel the difference when flying this little banshee as it can turn really really sharp. It’s fast and nimble and will absolutely surprise you once you start turning up the preset gear ranges.
It has standard functionality like most quads; you have 3D flips, 3 different speed settings (40%, 70% & 100%), propeller guards etc. The battery it uses is a 3.7v 380mAh LiPo that will last you between 6-8 minutes of flight time and times will vary depending on how hard you are running the machine and what speed and amount of flips you are doing and the charge time can be roughly an hour so if you plan on extended flight time get yourself some extra batteries, you won’t regret it.
As with most drones I have encountered and especially true with this one and the smaller ones, the wind will make controlling these quads harder. Even a small breeze can be troublesome but it is doable as you can see in my video, I was trying to fly with a small breeze and a few times I wiped out, the great thing is that this little guy is tough and can take a beating and keep on flying.
I can honestly say when the air is calm this is one of the funner quads to fly because of how quick and agile it is, it will zip right by you before you even know it. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to start with quadcopters. You are going to get a good feel of how to operate one playing with this one and at a fraction of the price, so not as much to worry about in the event you crash it.
I received this quadcopter to test and review in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.
