I am always impressed with Aweber and just when I thought I had discovered all of the features and functions, I realised I could create an Opt In form right inside of Facebook!
I didn't have to do anything complicated, I simply followed the instructions in Aweber and voila an Opt In Form on it's own page in my Facebook Fan Page!!
Initially, I used the same Opt In Web Form as on my Blog, but you could change this up and put an Opt In with some exclusive training or give away. If you ran some paid advertising to it, you could encourage likes to your page and also Opt In's to your list.
FB Tabs on Fan Pages seem all a bit technical...but I promise you they are not!

Well, there really is an App for that and Aweber have it totally sorted...they have a couple of other little goodies too in that App section, but I'll save them for another day.
