Note on headlights: the LED's used for the front headlights and blinkers are a permanent part of the shell, so I made a custom six-pin molex connector so that the shell could be taken off or put on and easily connect or disconnect the lights... the custom connector and routing the wires cleanly was probably the most difficult part of model assembly to do well.
