As you can see on the video two of the four tested motors (motors 1 and 3) seem unbalanced, making it impossible to fly because of vibrations.
Tested with Cleanflight Configurator on SP Racing F3 EVO
Accelerometer Sensor scale : 1G
motor 1: vibrations up to 0.5G all the way between 50% and 100% throttle
motor 2: fine
motor 3: vibrations up to 0.4G with peaks around 50% and 90% throttle
motor 4: fine
