Hey guys! Slightly different setting today but still including my usual rambling so you won't miss out on that, sorry haha! I hope you enjoy and please send me photos if you make the cake!
It takes about 25mins to cook by the way on 180 in the oven!
Ingredients for the cake:
250g of self-raising flour
250g of caster sugar
250g of unsalted butter
1-3 tablespoons of milk
the zest of 4 lemons
4 eggs
Drizzle:
the juice of 4 lemons
100g of granulated sugar, or the sugar of your choice!
