Shows method of balancing rotor with it spun horizontal supported by two snall RC car bearings which have very little friction. Rotor must be perfectly centered onto the bearings for this to work well. Hubs are made as bearing holders on each side of axle; refer to earilier vide on how to make rotor-hubs with drill press, hole saw, and flat bit.
