Banana Pudding Recipe:
Ingredients:
8 ounce package of softened cream cheese
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
5 ounce package of instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups of cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
16 ounce container of whipped topping (thawed)
4-6 bananas (sliced)
1 box of vanilla wafers
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 4 ounces of the whipped topping.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 dish/aluminum pan with vanilla wafers. Place the sliced bananas over the wafers. Spread the pudding mixture on top of the sliced bananas. Repeat for one more layer. Use the remaining whipped topping to spread on top. Crush some vanilla wafers and sprinkle over the whipped topping.
Chill overnight in the fridge. Enjoy the next day!
