Nice VIP bus from Bangkok to Chiang Mai although we actually jumped on in Ayutthaya and went Ayutthaya to Chiang Mai. The coach was 1st class with almost fully reclining seats and foot rests, western toilet and clean! plus no crazy thai driver which was a plus!
