Bruce Wayne has three identities in Batman Begins:
The base identity which was forged when he went on his journey to find a means to find injustice, and as a result he came back a changed man from being the youth seeking revenge.
The Batman identity which he uses to fight crime and to strike fear into the hearts of criminals.
The Playboy identity which he uses as a cover for any injuries he might sustain as Batman so he has an explanation for the public as to why he, Bruce Wayne, has them, and to throw off suspicion of his activities as Batman to deter anyone thinking he's Batman.
