You'll remember that she was convicted and then dramatically acquitted of the murder, seven years ago, of her British flatmate - Meredith Kercher. Now the entire process has started all over again - with a re-run of the legal appeal by Amanda Knox and her former Italian boyfriend Rafaelle Sollecito.
