We went to Chiba prefecture just outside Tokyo and found a beautiful beach paradise! We rented a car and stayed at a local airbnb. The house was beautiful and the hosts were also great. We did encounter the biggest spider I've seen in my life in the room though (the size on my palm and THICK), so it's definitely not for the faint of heart like me lol. We came for the beach and definitely were not disappointed though.
