Hunter Hillenmeyer, former Chicago Bears Linebacker and current CMO of Overdog, joined us for a great candid conversation about his playing days and his current position at #GameOnOverDog! This interview has it all! Hunter talks about his Super Bowl experience, his objectives as a Player Rep, concussions in sports, and a GREAT "Welcome to the NFL" moment that he encountered as a rookie with the Green Bay Packers.
Currently, Hunter is the CMO of Overdog, a new mobile application on iOS (and soon Android) that connects fans and professional athletes to challenge each other on their favorite game console. Overdog has a number of big name athletes involved with their company, and also signed up to play video games thru the application. Athletes can record a challenge video and send out the challenge over the OverDog network for fans to accept and have the chance to compete. The fan and the pro athlete then engage in a one-on-one video game battle! It is well known that pro athletes love their video games, and many of them play while there is down time in the clubhouse, or on their personal time at home. OverDog gives a great opportunity for fans to play their favorite game with their favorite athlete.
