I bought this garage off craigslist and tore it down in one day then moved it to my property and reassembled it in 2 days. Film includes all excavation and concrete work also all steps of construction including sprayfoam.
Garage is 24 x 25 on Monolithic pour with 4,000 psi steel reinforced concrete 6" thick
The building included all electrical garage doors. all i needed was labor and concrete!!
