This pilot event is an opportunity for the Tech individuals, Tech start-ups and companies to contribute to ideas or prototypes that will help Government of West Bengal in having an IT-driven solution to real life challenges. Participants are expected to come up with their own ideas and solutions. Going forward, the Government of West Bengal may play the support role for channeling the entrepreneurial energy in the right direction in order to become a formidable player in the technology domain in the future.

The pilot phase will have the following 5 problems of Sector V:
• Problems pertaining to transportation
• Rain water harvesting
• Car parking
• Waste management
• Disaster management
