This video is from 2009 when I was training for the SFC for Strict Curl.. I ended up Strict Curling 137 at the meet, and it was the heaviest curl.. My lifetime goal is National Record in my weight category. The workout: 3 x 5 strict barbell curl, ending with 115. Then, on to alternating dumbell curls with full supination, 50's x 7, and 60's x 3. There is a place for cheat reps, and I use them on on days I do negatives only. I did absolutely NO cheat reps in my training leading up to the show (16 weeks). Not shown: Hammer curls, I frequently did 3 x 8 with hammers at the end.
