I wanted to do big mess test with the real dust. So I have tons of dust + rice in rather small area.
Cyclone did a good job keeping the dust away from the mesh filter. Electrolux has improved their cyclone efficiency, just don't overfill the bin like I did.
In normal use pre motor filter needs washing about once in a month. This is my rough estimate.
