This is an authentic Spoon Sports racecar from Japan. I don't know everything about this car, but know a little bit. This particular car has seen a few owners in its lifetime. It used to be owned by Opak Racing based out of S.SF. You can see a bit of it in there feature video here

Anyways, it raced under such guest drivers as Gaby de la Merced (Philippines) and Veronica Peyon (Peru) back in 2009. It also raced in the 25 Hours of Thunderhill back in 2009, but dropped out for some reason. The Spoon Civic Type R however completed the race (with repairs), one of the co-drivers being the CEO of Spoon himself ( Tatsuru Ichishima).
After Opak Racing went bankrupt (rumor has it), this car changed ownership to someone else until now, where I assume Inspire USA owns it now. The USTCC windshield banner gives me hope it will see some racing once again.
